Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bet18 ("bet18," "we," "us," "our"). 1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the bet18 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By completing the registration process and creating a bet18 account, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

1.3 bet18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the bet18 Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The bet18 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bet18 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
2.3 Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from bet18 or any other gaming platform, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
2.4 bet18 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) bet18 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. bet18 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets placed or winnings accrued through such accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet18 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bet18 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). bet18 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
3.5 You must notify bet18 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat at bet18.asia.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the bet18 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bet18 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. bet18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to supported Philippine banks are also accepted. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal request.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. bet18 processes withdrawal requests promptly. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to the processing schedules of the receiving bank. bet18 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. bet18 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bet18 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. bet18 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending AML review.
5.1 bet18 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 bet18 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the exploitation of technical errors, will be voided and the associated accounts may be closed.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the bet18 Platform.
6.1 All bets placed on the bet18 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or market on the Platform.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation from the bet18 system. bet18 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors or system anomalies.
6.3 Void Bets. bet18 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors, incorrect odds, match abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the bet18 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by bet18 at any time.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet18 Platform:
7.2 bet18 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bet18 may void bets, forfeit balances, suspend or permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR.
8.1 All content on the bet18 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and interface design, is the property of bet18 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
8.3 The bet18 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bet18. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of bet18.
9.1 bet18 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 bet18 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.3 You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by bet18, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, contact our support team.
10.1 The bet18 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bet18 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 bet18's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet18 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bet18's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 bet18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bet18 Platform may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from thirty (30) days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, bet18 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform.
11.3 Age Restriction. bet18 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

12.1 Closure by Player. You may close your bet18 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
12.2 Closure by bet18. bet18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) bet18 is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) bet18 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (d) bet18 ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.
12.3 Upon account closure by bet18 for cause, any funds in your account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bet18 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet18 Platform shall first be submitted to bet18's customer support team for informal resolution. bet18 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
13.4 bet18 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Unresolved complaints may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
14.1 bet18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet18 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bet18 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
14.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1 above.
