3.1 Registration Data. When you create a bet18 account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and username and password (password stored in hashed form only).
3.2 Identity Verification Data (KYC). To comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, we may collect: government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence), proof of address documents, and selfie photographs for identity verification purposes.

9.4 Gaming Activity Data. Records of your gaming activity are retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the activity, or longer if required by applicable regulations.
9.5 Communications Data. Customer support communications are retained for a minimum of two (2) years from the date of the communication.
9.6 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with bet18's data disposal procedures.

Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in accordance with bet18's Terms & Conditions.
